We received our ATO (Approved Training Organization) approval, marking our initial steps in aviation training and operations.
Airhub Aviation’s journey began in 2019, with a vision to redefine aviation services through innovation and excellence. We were inspired by our experience working with ACMI airlines and leasing companies, which focused on keeping their technical and fleet management units as lean as possible. Since then, we have rapidly evolved into a comprehensive aviation group, delivering top-tier aircraft leasing and management, MRO, CAMO, and rotable components supply and repair management services.
Airhub Aviation was founded.

We expanded our operations by establishing Airhub Airlines in Malta, further enhancing our global presence, and making a true aircraft management platform with a fully operational AOC.
The Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) was granted by the Transport Malta Civil Aviation Directorate (TM-CAD), allowing us to operate as a fully licensed airline.
We inaugurated our commercial office in Dubai, positioning ourselves in one of the world’s leading aviation hubs and expanding our presence in the Middle East, South Asia and Africa.
Successfully conducted the pre-purchase inspection of 36 Boeing 737 Classic aircraft, showcasing our expertise in aircraft evaluation and technical appraisal.
We opened our main 1800 sq.m. warehouse in Vilnius (VNO), Lithuania, enhancing our logistical capabilities and support services.
We executed our first in-house aircraft tear-down, specifically of an Airbus A320, marking a significant milestone in our maintenance and recycling operations.
We achieved the technical acquisition and delivery of 17x Boeing 737-800, ex-registered by CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia) and CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China), further solidifying our standing in aircraft leasing and transitions.
Approvals: Our commitment to quality and safety was recognized with the acquisition of EASA Part 145 / Part-CAMO / ISO 9001 approvals.
We broadened our scope by integrating interior capabilities, allowing us to offer comprehensive cabin refurbishments and modifications.
A new warehouse facility was established in Vilnius, Lithuania, expanding our operational capacity and service range.
This type was added to our EASA Part-145 and CAMO approvals.
We executed our first wide body aircraft tear-down, with our partners, specifically of an Airbus A340.
This scope of approval was added to our EASA Part-145 capabilities to support the first base maintenance high season in our largest base maintenance facilities in Baltics.
