Aviation Spares Trader

We are looking to employ a Aviation Spares Trader, whose primary role will be to generate new business leads for aircraft spare parts and managing the successful delivery of deals and transactions. The role will also include coaching and training, participating in industry events.

For this role, Sales experience in the aviation industry is mandatory.


  • Market research and analysis for potential sales
  • Active sales, negotiations¬†and contract works
  • Implementing a sales plan
  • Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
  • Managing sales projects

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Sales field is mandatory (Aviation experience is preferred)
  • Appropriate degree in Sales / Business Management or Administration
  • Native English speakers or proficient
  • Strong drive and initiative, coaching, and team-leading expertise
  • Good commercial judgment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
  • Professional and positive attitude, ability to adapt to the fast-working environment
  • Strong sales skills, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals on profitable conditions
