HR Executive

We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources Team as an HR Executive.  You will also be responsible for handling areas such as the maintenance of HR records, staying up-to-date with the Labor Law, and coordinating with the various departments of the company.

Duties:

  • Being contact of point for Employees and Customers with regards to Payments, Statement of Accounts, Payrolls, Time Management
  • Communication with various stakeholders, government authorities, and official entities
  • Submission and collection of applications as well as the processing of a variety of legal documents in a timely manner
  • Maintaining employee files and records in the HR database and assisting with the payroll activities
  • Managing administration aspects of Human Resources including health insurance, benefits, performance staff document support, implementation of Company Policies
  • Overseeing data input in HRMS system, working on integration and system adaptation
  • Preparing and administrating company agreements, whenever needed
  • Involved in Base Development projects, Implementation of systems, Optimization of workflows, Research, and Automation of functions
  • Assist with the daily operations of the HR department and any other administrative support

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Atleast 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role in the Human Resources department.
  • Impeccable customer service skills and communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and HR software.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
