New Brand Ambassador – Vaidotas Zala

Today, we are announcing Dakar Rally champion Vaidotas Zala as a long-term Brand Ambassador for Airhub Aviation and GetJet Airlines!

Vaidotas is the 2026 Dakar Rally Truck category winner and one of Lithuania’s most accomplished rally drivers. As he prepares for the 2027 Dakar Rally, we will be supporting him on this journey.

Behind every Dakar finish and every safe flight is a team of engineers, mechanics and specialists who prepare the machine, solve problems and make every detail count. As well as in aviation.

Through this partnership, we want to showcase the world of MRO and the people behind aircraft maintenance, while highlighting the career opportunities this field offers. As Airhub Aviation continues expanding its MRO operations at Šiauliai International Airport, we are growing our team and preparing to welcome around 200 new specialists across our facilities in Šiauliai and Vilnius.

Many people with experience in automotive mechanics, diagnostics, engineering and other technical fields may not realise that their skills can open the door to aviation. The same technical mindset and attention to detail are valued in aircraft maintenance.
